Children's Ministry

The
Caring Heart Children's Community Centre is bringing hope to the
hopeless. These little children are a common sight in Uganda. Working
from an early age, they help their families survive. They do not go to
school and are fortunate if they get one meal a day. Wars and the AIDS
epidemic have left 1.4million orphans in Uganda. There are millions of
children who will never go to school or have a chance at anything above
the most meager lifestyles without somebody's intervention. Many will
not even survive beyond childhood. There are many challenges facing the
children. |

Water
is a big problem, the children have to walk long distances to the
nearest source of water more over this water is dirty and unhygienic.

Many children being AIDS orphans they are usually infected and are
always falling sick. There is an urgent need for getting a health
centre. |
Currently activities in the Caring Heart Community
Centre include;

 | Construction of permanent buildings for
dormitories |

| Accessing clean and hygienic water |

| Construction of seven roomed permanent
buildings for the school |

| Construction of a health centre |
|
